PLEASE NOTE: This form is for CORE RETURNS ONLY. Please do not use this form for NEW/RMA or WARRANTY returns at this time.
If you are unable to locate a core for return below, cores sold prior to October 9, 2020 are returned to your Advance DC. If the product was sold on or after October 9, 2020 and does not display in the table below, please contact Spartan sales at 866-360-4101.
- Simply search by Serial #, Part #, Purchase Order # (as provided to Spartan), etc. in the highlighted fields below.

- Then, click the Pick Up This Core button next to the correct core to continue with the pickup request process.
- After completing the form, an email will send to our teams to coordinate the pickup. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with additional information and instructions.
